Replacement policy:

The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety, and the consumer bears paying the freight value if he wants to replace the product. In international exchange, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company, and in the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated
The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:
1- If the product has been used
2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor possession by the consumer.

2- To return the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition, and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3- The consumer shall bear the costs incurred in the return process, and in the event of an international return, the consumer shall bear the full costs of shipping and product delivery
To the shipping company, and in the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
